Happy Holidays!

Another holiday for the books! Jakob went from writing 5 offers on one Friday night to getting 5 mornings up Mount Washington. Which was a pretty accurate representation of our 2021 as a whole. It’s no secret that the real estate market is absolutely on fire and that our hours worked doubled. We were sure to make the most of the rare slow period and soak up the little things that bring us our peace and happiness - time close to home as a family, time spent enjoying the beautiful outdoors that our slice of paradise offers and nurturing our connections with those we love during a ‘socially distanced’ couple of years.

Every year we reflect on our client list, from the new clients that surprise us, the trusted referrals from those who know us and the repeat business (from downsizing, to upsizing, growing and changing families). More than ever we found ourselves moving newcomers to our community. More young people than ever! We remember the days when it was exclusively retirees coming here to enjoy a quieter, richer quality of life. A new sense of vibrancy is being injected into the Comox Valley.

Each Christmas becomes more and more exciting in the Christoph household as the girls grow and relish in the magic that December brings. We are so grateful for the lives we have built here over the last 30 years and look forward to seeing what the next will bring.
